And I have a good reason too.
I ordered an MP3 player (Sony, not an stupid I-pod) from an
Amazon.com vendor.
They ship thru FedEx and require a signature.
Well it only sounds "great" in theory.
In reality I came home two days in a row to a note on the
door saying "We were unable to deliver your package because it requires a
signature."
Well, duh. I don't
get off work till after 5pm you dumbos!
After the first note I called FedEx and they wrote the
driver a note, but no guarantees, so I also left a note on the door.
Sure enough, they tried again, at 2pm.
Example: 1st day
= noon, 2nd day = 3pm, 3rd day = 6pm.
But FedEx never even offered me this service!
(Oh and they didn't offer a TOA for the package either...so
I'm supposed to sit on my butt all day waiting for their truck? Yeah,
right).

spent a total of 2.5 hours tracking down/picking up my package...What a waste
of time!
That's why I hate FedEx.
I'll never voluntarily use their service EVER AGAIN.
You just lost a customer you pricks.
